Terms and Conditions
There are a standard set of terms and conditions which will be supplied upon request.
Rental Inclusion
Pricing quoted includes house rental, bed linen, bathroom towels, bathroom amenities, basic kitchen supplies and cleaning.
Rate summary:
December - April: $800 per night
May - November: $600 per night
Between Christmas and New Year there is a minimum stay of seven (7) nights, long weekends a minimum of three (3) nights and Easter weekend minimum four (4) nights. All other times a minimum of two (2) nights apply. 2pm check out time is available in non peak periods.
A cash bond will be held and returned after the rental.
